• All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers.

• Prices on our website are shown in EUR (€) by default. For international customers, currency conversion is handled automatically at checkout.

🛍️ Placing an Order

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all details.

• Orders are typically prepared within 1–3 business days. Shipping times depend on your location.

• Please double-check your shipping address and contact details at checkout. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can only be modified or canceled if they are still in processing.

• Once an order has been confirmed for shipping, changes are no longer possible.

• If you need to adjust or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at: hello@brandissimo.store

📦 Customs, Duties & Local Taxes

• EU customers: VAT is already included in the product price. No extra fees on delivery.

• UK customers: Orders are shipped under DAP terms. This means local VAT and customs duties may apply upon delivery. For orders above 135 GBP, import duties may also be charged. These costs are set by UK customs and are the customer’s responsibility.

• US customers: All import taxes and duties are already covered. No additional fees on delivery.
