At Brandissimo, we make premium skincare simple—fast shipping, careful packing, and friendly support. Below you’ll find everything about delivery, duties, returns, and what to do if something goes wrong.
🚚 Where We Ship
We currently ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Orders are fulfilled by our EU partner and sent directly to you with tracking.
Total delivery time = order processing (fulfilment) + shipping/transit time.
⏱️ Processing (Fulfilment) Times
We begin preparing your order as soon as it’s placed.
Most retail orders (1–10 items): ~2 business days
Larger quantities (11–100 items): ~7 business days
(Please note: busy periods or large orders may take longer.)
🚀 Estimated Shipping Times (after processing)
European Union: 4–6 business days
United Kingdom: 4–7 business days
United States: 2–5 business days
Transit times may vary by destination, carrier, and season. Remote areas can take longer.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your parcel leaves our fulfilment center, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us and we’ll resend it.
💳 Duties, Taxes & Customs
European Union: All prices shown include VAT. No extra fees on delivery.
United Kingdom: Orders are shipped under DAP terms. This means UK customers are responsible for any import VAT, duties, and handling fees charged on delivery. For orders above 135 GBP, customs duties may apply in addition to VAT.
United States: All import taxes and duties are already covered. No additional fees on delivery.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
We take product safety and hygiene seriously. Because our skincare is custom-labelled and hygiene-sensitive, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of non-faulty items once shipped—even if unopened.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
🛠️ Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items
Damaged/Wrong Item: Email us within 30 days of receipt with photos of the packaging and product. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or refund.
Lost in Transit: If tracking hasn’t moved for an unusual period or shows “delivered” but you cannot find the parcel, contact us. After we check with the carrier, we’ll help resolve the case.
🏠 Address Issues & Undeliverable Parcels
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete/incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, we can reship once it’s back with us; additional shipping costs may apply.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
We start preparing your order quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us ASAP.
If processing hasn’t started, we’ll do our best to update or cancel.
If fulfilment or shipping has already begun, changes/cancellations may no longer be possible.
🧾 Prices, VAT & Local Taxes
EU customers: Prices shown include VAT at checkout.
Outside the EU (UK & US): Prices are shown without local import VAT/duties.
UK customers may need to pay VAT/duties upon delivery.
US customers will not be charged any additional import fees.
